Step 1: Choose your products (walk down our shopping aisles)
Browse our collection and click on the products you like, then select your size and click add to cart (this is like your online trolley).
You will now see the items you have added to your cart (the items inside your trolley).
At this point, you can either carrying on shopping by clicking continue shopping, or you can proceed to checkout (which is like the till).
Tip: If you carry on shopping, the items you have already chosen will stay safe in your cart (trolley) and you can add more items into your cart until you are ready to make your purchase. At any time you can see what's in your cart by clicking the little cart icon at the top right of our website.
Step 2: Checkout (go to the till)
Click the checkout button. You will see this button while looking at your cart.
We will need to get some essential information from you so that we can contact you and also make sure your products arrive safely at your door.
- Fill in your personal information.
- Click Continue to Shipping.
- Note the shipping charge and Click Continue to Payment
- You can now choose to either pay us safely with your credit card, just like swiping your card at the till. To select this option, choose PayFast. This is the fastest and safest way to pay.
- Alternatively, you can choose to pay us by bank deposit. You will then get our bank details and you will have to make the deposit into our account from your bank. Please note that we will have to wait for your payment to clear in our account before we send you your order. To select this option, choose Bank Deposit.
- Click Complete Order.
You are now ready for step 3.
Step 3: Get your products (and step out in style!)
We will pack and ship your products to you and let you know as soon as they are on the way. You will then be able to track them right to your door.

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since the delivery of goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If a product is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error won't be exchanged
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery won't be exchange
Sale/ discounted items cannot be exchanged
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
